We provide services to clients worldwide, excluding jurisdictions with which Australian businesses are not permitted to engage under applicable laws and regulations.
Offerings:
We offer digital downloads, group coaching, and content designed to help businesses and creators grow their Instagram presence.
2. Client Engagement
Engagement Process: Clients engage with our services through our platform, Systeme.io. Content is accessed via this platform, and digital products are delivered by email immediately upon purchase.
Payment Options:
Payment in full is required at the time of purchase.
We do not currently offer payment plans or accept deposits.
3. Scope of Work
Included Services: Group coaching (where offered). Digital downloads. Instagram-focused growth resources
Exclusions: Anything not mentioned, are not included.
4. Payment Terms
Payment Handling: All payments are processed securely through Systeme.io at the point of purchase.
Refund Requests: Refunds may be considered at our discretion and must be requested by emailing admin@suityoursocial.com. Each request will be evaluated fairly; If you're unhappy, we encourage you to reach out so we can make things right.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Refund Policy:
Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate access granted, we do not offer refunds by default. However, if you believe your case warrants an exception, you may contact us at admin@suityoursocial.com with a detailed request.
All refund requests must:
Be submitted within 14 days of purchase
Include an explanation of your concern and supporting details
Refunds, if granted, will be processed back to the original payment method.
6. Intellectual Property
Ownership: All content, downloads, course materials, and resources provided (paid or free) are the sole property of Suit Your Social and are protected by Australian copyright law.
Usage Restrictions:
You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license for personal use only. You may not:
Share, sell, resell, or redistribute any content
Modify or create derivative works without prior written consent
Permission Requests: To request content usage beyond personal purposes, please contact admin@suityoursocial.com.
7. Confidentiality
Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, we do not offer confidentiality guarantees beyond what is required under Australian privacy and data protection laws.
8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers
While we strive to provide accurate and helpful information, Suit Your Social makes no guarantees regarding specific business outcomes.
Limitation of Liability:
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE OUR SERVICES OR CONTENT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED AUD $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID, WHICHEVER IS LESSER.

SUCCESS DEPENDS ON INDIVIDUAL APPLICATION AND EFFORT.
9. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide any necessary information or approvals on time
Use the materials responsibly and not share them with others
Complete relevant assignments or activities for the best results
10. Dispute Resolution
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Dispute Handling: Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through mediation. If unresolved, the matter may proceed to the courts of Sydney, NSW.
11. Additional Provisions
Affiliate Links: Our website may contain affiliate links. If you make purchases through these links, we may receive a commission. You accept liability for such purchases.
Force Majeure: We are not liable for failure or delay due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, technical failures, legal restrictions, or service interruptions.
Termination: We reserve the right to terminate your access to our services if you violate these Terms.
